SenangPay accepts the following card/payments: –

  1. Shipping and Return Policy:
  • Shipping Costs:Shipping costs are fixed. Inside Malaysia – RM4.95 and outside of Malaysia – RM9.95.
  • Delivery times: Inside Malaysia 3-5 days and outside Malaysia will be 10-14days.
  • Return Policy:There will be no refunds but exchanges will be allowed if the product has been damaged.  Replacement will be sent urgently and the cost of delivery will be paid by AMMA GROW HAIR SHOP.
  • Damaged Goods:Damaged good received by Buyer will be replaced upon receiving a video via WhatsApp +6016-234-9800 of how the product was damaged. Upon receiving the video and once AMMA GROW HAIR SHOP is happy with the video and the explanation provided, replacements would be sent out urgently to reach the buyerinside Malaysia 3-5 days and outside of Malaysia within 10-14 days.
  • Security:

All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways using SenangPay and that AMMA GROW HAIR SHOP is not liable for any unauthorised transactions.
